How do residents get access to the vehicles?
Residents are added as accounts on your community, then scan a QR code to unlock and ride. A household can share one account, each with its own limits.
Can we keep the vehicles inside the community?
Yes. A community geofence sets the boundary, with slow-ride zones near homes, parks and shared paths, and restricted areas where vehicles should not be ridden or parked.
Can residents bring guests or visitors along?
Yes. Approved guest access can be switched on while the community keeps control of permissions, pricing and ride policies.
Do we charge residents, or include it in community fees?
Either. You can run monthly resident plans, charge pay-as-you-go, or issue promo codes and resident perks. Pricing is set per community.
Who is accountable when a vehicle is damaged?
Every trip is logged against the resident who took it, and damage reports and maintenance status are tracked in the dashboard, so issues have a clear owner.
